Make Vegetable Pakorey or Turkey Pakorey for today's teatime!
My family all-time favorite!
Mix vegetables enhance the flavor and aroma of these crunchy pakoras! Give it a TRY at least once!
Turkey Pakorey Recipe INGREDIENTS:
- Besan – ½ kg
- Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
- Crushed red chilli – 1 + ½ teaspoons
- Haldi – ¼ teaspoon
- Ajwain – ½ teaspoon
- Anardana – 2 teaspoons
- Zeera + dhania - 1 tablespoon (roasted & crushed)
- Garlic – 2 cloves fine chopped
- Onion – 1 medium – roughly chopped
- Spring onion – ½ bunch – chopped
- Green chilli – 2 medium- chopped
- Mix vegetables (carrot + cabbage + boiled peas and corns) – as desired
- Potato – 1 medium - finger cut
Curry Leaves – few
Water to make the batter - as needed
- Oil for frying – as needed
