Beef Kaleji Masala Recipe
This Beef Kaleji Masala Recipe is amazing and can be made with simple ingredients for a good lunch.
Ingredients
- Oil 2 cup
- Beef Kaleji 1kg
- Onion 4 medium (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato 4 medium (chopped)
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water 1 cup
Method
- In wok , add 2 cup of oil then add onion for fry until golden brown.
- Add Ginger garlic paste, tomato,Red chili powder,Turmeric powder, Garam masala powder,Salt and water . Cook for 5-mins
- In blender jug, add this mixture and blend to make puree.
- Now cook on medium flame until oil separates.
- Add Beef Kaleji 1kg, and cook on low flame for 5-mins. Then cover for 25-30 mins until meat tender.
- Cook 5 mins on medium flame until oil separates.
- In a serving dish, add Beef Kaleji Masala, add green chili & serve!
